Chocolate shortcrust pastry
Ingredients
200g flour 00
2 yolks
150g butter
25g unsweetened cocoa
100g icing sugar

Method
Ideal as a base for tarts.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
I usually make tart with chocolate ganache and berries.
